• Account information — When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Audio recordings — The App uses your device microphone to capture speech during conversation practice sessions. Audio is processed for speech-to-text conversion and is not stored permanently.
• Chat messages — Text messages exchanged during practice sessions are stored to provide feedback and track your progress.
• Learning data — Vocabulary words, grammar evaluations, and session history are stored to personalize your learning experience.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide AI-powered conversation practice and language feedback
• Convert your speech to text during practice sessions

• Authenticate your account and manage subscriptions

Microphone Usage

The App requests microphone access for speech-to-text conversion during practice sessions. Audio is sent to a third-party speech recognition service for processing and is not permanently stored on our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with the following categories of third-party service providers:

• AI service providers — Chat messages and audio are sent to third-party AI services for generating responses, language feedback, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech conversion. Your personal information (name, email) is not included in these requests.
• Authentication providers — We use a third-party sign-in service to verify your identity when you log in.
• Payment processors — Subscription and purchase management is handled by a third-party payment service. Only an anonymous account identifier is shared — not your name or email.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage data (such as feature usage and error logs) to improve the App. This data is stored on our own servers and is not shared with third parties. Your name and email are not included in analytics data — only anonymous identifiers are used.

Data Retention

Account and learning data are retained while your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data directly within the App or by contacting us.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure token-based authentication to protect your data.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
